1. Seller

SASU Crêperie de Langadoué, share capital €160,000, registered office: Langadoué, 29300 Rédéné, France. SIRET 388 590 895 00016 — APE code 1072Z. Tel. +33 2 98 39 03 75 — contact@laquimperloise.com. Hereinafter “the Seller”.

2. Purpose and scope

These terms govern sales of food products (pancakes, cakes, biscuits, Breton savoury snacks) made to consumers through the Seller’s online shop. Placing an order implies unreserved acceptance of these terms.

3. Products

Products are made in our workshop in Rédéné and kept at room temperature. Photographs are as faithful as possible but are not contractually binding. Ingredient lists, allergens and nutritional values are shown on every product page; if you have an allergy, please contact us before ordering.

Ready-made boxes are selections of products sold together in a shipping carton; the product shown as “free” is the lowest-value product in the box. In a box built by the customer, the price is the sum of the products chosen, and one or more additional items, chosen by the Seller, are added free of charge: 1 item for 6 products chosen, 2 items for 10. These free items give no right to refund or exchange, and their nature is not guaranteed.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included (5.5% VAT on food products), excluding delivery. Delivery charges depend on the weight of the parcel, the destination country and the delivery method chosen, and are shown before the order is confirmed. Delivery to a Mondial Relay pickup point is free from €50 for deliveries within France; it remains payable for deliveries outside France.

5. Orders

The order becomes firm once payment is confirmed. A confirmation email summarising the order is sent to the customer. The Seller reserves the right to refuse an abnormal order or one placed in bad faith.

6. Payment

Payment is made online by bank card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through the secure Stripe platform. The Seller never has access to the customer’s card details.

7. Delivery

Orders are shipped from Rédéné (Finistère, France) by Mondial Relay, as chosen by the customer when ordering: to a pickup point, to an automatic locker, or to the delivery address. Home delivery and collection at the workshop are available in mainland France only; pickup point delivery is also offered to Belgium, Germany, Spain and Italy. In accordance with article L216-1 of the French Consumer Code, delivery takes place no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded. In practice orders are prepared and handed to the carrier as quickly as possible; the customer receives an email with the tracking number as soon as the parcel ships. Collection at the workshop is possible during opening hours, once we have confirmed the order is ready.

8. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to foodstuffs liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. Our dry products nevertheless carry a satisfaction commitment: if there is a quality problem, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will find a solution (replacement or refund). 9. Guarantees and complaints

Products carry the statutory guarantee of conformity. Any complaint should be sent to contact@laquimperloise.com. If a dispute remains unresolved, the customer may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer ombudsman: [nom et coordonnées du médiateur], or to the European online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr).

10. Personal data

The data collected when you order (identity, contact details, delivery address) is used solely to process and deliver the order and for customer relations. It is kept for as long as accounting obligations require. Under the GDPR you have a right of access, rectification and erasure: contact@laquimperloise.com. No advertising tracking cookie is set: the shop only uses your browser’s local storage to remember your basket, plus anonymous traffic statistics (no cookie, no IP address).

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, the competent courts are those of the Seller’s registered office. As a consumer resident in another EU country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country of residence.
