Our flagship for 40 years: the soft “Délicieuse” pancake, the one for teatime and for sharing.
The “Délicieuse” is the pancake that made La Quimperloise’s name: a soft batter with a good buttery taste, cooked on a hotplate then wrapped in sixes to keep it tender. Eat it as it is, rolled with a little jam or salted butter caramel, or warmed for a few seconds in a pan. Perfect for children’s teatime or an improvised dessert, it keeps at room temperature until the date on the bag.
